Why AI competence matters

For which roles and needs

To be honest, AI affects almost every role today, but in different ways. Leadership needs to understand implications, priorities and risks. Team leads need to understand how ways of working will change. Specialists need to know how tools are used in practice. That is why we adapt the content, level and pace to the group we are training.

Sometimes the goal is to give the whole organisation the same foundation. Sometimes the goal is to get a smaller team working hands-on right away. We start from what participants need to be able to do afterwards, not from a fixed agenda.

Who AI training is suitable for

Training formats

Three common setups

These are our most common formats. All of them can be adapted to audience, level and industry.

Lecture

1-2 hours

20-200 participants

A quick orientation for the whole organisation. What AI is, how it is actually used today and what you need to think about next.

We believe in learn by doing

We believe the best way to understand AI is to use the tools in practice. That makes it easier to find ways of working that fit each role and the organisation. That is why we put strong emphasis on exercises, examples and concrete application, whether you choose a lecture, workshop or a longer training series.

Selected courses

Here are some standardised setups that we often start from. They can be delivered as they are or adapted to audience, level and industry.

Frequently asked questions about AI training

Yes, always. We review your business and goals before each training and adapt cases, examples and tool environments to your context.

No. We adapt the level to the group, from beginners to technical teams. The important thing is that you know what you want to get out of it.

A standard training from our selection can usually be set up faster. A lecture can often be planned within 1 to 2 weeks. A workshop or training series usually takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on how much needs to be adapted.

We always start from your reality, your tools, your roles and your actual challenges. No generic material and no unnecessary theory blocks.
