Copilot Studio
Microsoft's low-code platform for agents, agent tools and agent flows. You build a complete agent and learn the fundamentals along the way.
Build an agent, understand the platform
The course is hands-on from the start: you build a complete agent step by step. The goal is that you understand the fundamentals of Copilot Studio well enough to build agents for your own Microsoft environment afterwards, or for clients in theirs.

- 01What and why Copilot StudioThe low-code platform for agents, agent tools and agent flows, and how to find your way around the studio.
- 02Connect knowledgeLet the agent answer from your documents, websites and data sources.
- 03Build topicsGuided conversations that lead the user right, entirely without code.
- 04Create adaptive cardsPolished forms right in the chat for collecting input.

From spectator to builder
AI assistants are increasingly built by the business itself, not just by IT. With the fundamentals of Copilot Studio in place, you can build company-specific agents that live in your Microsoft environment, or agents for clients in theirs.
That lets you test ideas faster, automate tedious steps and see what actually adds value before you scale up.
After the course you can
- Build a complete agent from scratch in Copilot Studio
- Connect the agent to your own documents and data sources
- Build agent flows and delegate to sub-agents

Yes, if you like. We can either use sample data or adapt the exercises to your own documents and sources.
Most go on to a deep dive or start building a first production agent. We're happy to help plan the next step.
Both work equally well: we come to you or run it remotely. Since the course is hands-on, a group of 10–15 people is optimal.
